All orders placed on the Aarogya Nepal Tech website are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day. Once the order is confirmed and processed, it will be prepared and handed over to the shipping partner for delivery.

Orders within Kathmandu Valley are usually delivered within 1–3 business days, while deliveries outside Kathmandu Valley may take around 3–7 business days. For remote areas, delivery may take 5–10 business days depending on transportation availability.
